Welcome to the pre-registration program for ICC SuperTeam, a mobile application operated by FanCraze Technologies Inc. ("FanCraze," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your participation in the ICC SuperTeam pre-registration program ("Pre-Registration Program"). By submitting your email address or otherwise participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Pre-Registration Program.

 

1. Eligibility

 

Pre-registration is open to individuals who are at least 3 years of age and who provide a valid email address.

 

By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;
• you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms; and
• your participation does not violate any applicable law.

 

FanCraze may restrict or refuse participation from jurisdictions where pre-registration is not permitted by law.

 

2. Pre-Registration Rewards

 

By completing pre-registration, you will be eligible to receive the following rewards when the ICC SuperTeam reaches the specified pre-registration milestones prior to launch:

 

1 Million Users: Pre-Reg Silver Pack (worth ₹99) – includes 5 Silver Cards.

 

5 Million Users: Pre-Reg Gold Pack (worth ₹249) – includes 5 Gold Cards.

 

10 Million Users: Pre-Reg Icon Pack (worth ₹499) – includes 2 Icon Cards, 2 Gold Cards, and 1 Silver Card (5 total).

 

20 Million Users: Pre-Reg Diamond Pack (worth ₹1,999) – includes 9 Icon Cards, 4 Gold Cards, and 2 Silver Cards (15 total).

 

Reward terms:

• Milestone rewards unlock only if the total number of pre-registered users reaches the applicable milestone before the Mobile Application's public launch.
• Rewards will be delivered within the Mobile Application after launch, to the account associated with your pre-registered email. It is your responsibility to use the same email/account to receive rewards.
• Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, non-redeemable, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged, and for cash or any other assets outside the Mobile Application. They may only be used within the Mobile Application.
• FanCraze may substitute rewards of equal or greater value if necessary. FanCraze's determination as to whether a milestone is achieved and whether rewards are deliverable is final.

 

3. Nature of the Mobile Application

 

The Mobile Application may allow users to acquire and use officially licensed digital assets. All activity relating to such assets occurs entirely within the Mobile Application. There are no withdrawals of cash or digital assets from the Mobile Application.

 

4. No Fees for Pre-Registration

 

Pre-registration is free. You are not required to purchase anything to participate. Access to certain features of the Mobile Application after launch may require the purchase of officially licensed digital assets. Such purchases, if any, will be governed by separate terms of use.

 

5. Accounts and Guest Registrations

 

Pre-registration is completed by submitting an email address. If, after launch, you create an account associated with your pre-registration email, your account will be governed by the Mobile Application's full Terms of Use and account rules.

 

If you use a guest or temporary access flow after the Mobile Application launches, FanCraze will not be responsible for loss of data or inability to recover guest accounts if you change devices or uninstall the application.

 

6. Privacy

 

By submitting your email, you consent to FanCraze collecting, storing and using your information for administering the pre-registration program and for communications about ICC SuperTeam. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, do not participate.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property appearing on the Pre-Registration Website and in the Mobile Application are owned or licensed by FanCraze or its licensors, including the International Cricket Council (ICC). Participation does not grant you any ownership in the Mobile Application or its content, except for the limited use rights expressly provided in these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from such content without FanCraze's prior written consent.

 

8. Prohibited Conduct

 

You agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information during pre-registration.
• Use automated means (bots, scripts), create multiple accounts, or otherwise attempt to manipulate milestone counts to manipulate the Pre-Registration Program (including through automated means or multiple submissions).
• Violate applicable laws, third-party rights or these Terms.

 

FanCraze reserves the right to disqualify users and revoke rewards for any violation.

 

9. Modification or Termination

 

FanCraze reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate the Pre-Registration Program or to refuse or cancel any registration, including where fraud, multiple registrations, or abuse is suspected. FanCraze may modify, change, or discontinue any feature at any time without liability.

 

FanCraze may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will post the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date and, when appropriate, provide notice (e.g., email) to pre-registered users. Continued participation after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

 

Formal notices under these Terms may be provided by email to the address you used to pre-register or by posting on the Pre-Registration Website.

 

10. Disclaimers

 

THE PRE-REGISTRATION PROGRAM AND THE REWARDS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. FANCRAZE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

11. System Availability, Third-Party Fees and Devices

 

The Pre-Registration Website and related services may be unavailable occasionally due to maintenance, technical problems, or other causes. FanCraze is not liable for unavailability or interruptions.

 

You are responsible for any internet, mobile data, or other third-party fees charged by your service providers in connection with pre-registration or use of the Mobile Application.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FANCRAZE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR PARTICIPATION.

 

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury.

 

13. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FanCraze, its affiliates, licensors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Pre-Registration Program.

 

14. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware, USA.

 

Binding Arbitration. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be held in the State of Delaware and conducted in English. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

 

Waiver of Class Actions. You and FanCraze agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be on an individual basis only. You and FanCraze expressly waive the right to assert or participate in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative claims or proceedings.

 

15. Miscellaneous

 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FanCraze with respect to pre-registration. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. FanCraze's failure to enforce a provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

 

16. Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement

 

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

 

FanCraze's failure to exercise or enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FanCraze relating to pre-registration and supersede prior communications.
